Research
Since the beginning of its activities, the School of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering has had extensive and growing collaboration with the ministries, organizations and industrial research centers of Iran. The school has been successful in the past years in performing projects and plans in various fields, including the processing of superalloys, composites, ceramics, magnetic materials, surface technology, metal forming, corrosion and oxidation, extraction and recycling of metals, casting, powder metallurgy, nanomaterials, biomaterials and electronic materials and batteries. The statistics show that in recent years, the faculty members of this school have had a significant presence in domestic and foreign scientific communities and provided valuable scientific articles.
